Hello my name is Kayla and I was born in Colorado and moved to the beautiful state of Arizona at age 10. When not practicing yoga I love spending time with my husband and two boys outside hiking, walking the dogs and playing in the park. I began teaching yoga in 2013. My yoga classes offer students a positive way to connect and better understand themselves in a spiritual and relaxed atmosphere. I bring my joy of yoga to help others live healthier lives on and off the mat . I am the most passionate about prenatal yoga and its therapeutic properties to help expecting mothers find comfort during pregnancy and labor.
