Refunds & Cancellation policy

At The Village, we value flexibility and understand that plans can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed to accommodate the needs of our guests while ensuring the efficient operation of our classes, events, and special occasions.

Class Cancellation Policy:

  • Advance Notice: For cancellations of any class or event registration, please provide us with at least 48 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the spot to other families or individuals on our waiting list.
  • Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled class or event, as well as no-shows, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Rescheduling: Should you need to cancel within the required timeframe, we will do our best to reschedule your class or event to a more convenient time, subject to availability.

Membership Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Notice: Members wishing to cancel their membership at The Village should inform us 30 days before their next billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Paid membership fees are non-refundable, including if a member chooses not to utilize their membership benefits.
  • Membership Freezing: In certain situations, such as medical reasons or extended travel, we may offer the option to freeze your membership for a specified period.

Party Booking Cancellation Policy:

  • Deposit: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all party bookings at The Village.
  • Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel a booked party, please let us know at least 5 days in advance. Any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded.
  • Rescheduling Parties: Contact us as early as possible to reschedule. We will make every effort to accommodate a new date for your party, subject to availability.

Special Event Cancellation Policy:

  • Refunds for Special Events: Refunds for special event tickets at The Village will be provided up to 5 days prior to the event. After this period, tickets are non-refundable.

Refunds for Products:

  • Product Returns: Products purchased can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, provided they are in unused, original condition and packaging.
  • Damaged or Faulty Products: If a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

General Policy:

  • Cancellations Due to Unforeseen Circumstances: If The Village cancels classes, events, or parties due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, we will offer a rescheduled date or a full refund.
  • Discretionary Cancellations: The Village reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes, events, or memberships at our discretion. In such cases, members and guests will be notified promptly and offered alternative options or refunds as applicable.
